Information Circular No 26/2013: Budget 2014 – Tax Relief on Gratuities

The Department for Public Expenditure and Reform (DPER) have informed PDFORRA that Budget 2014 did NOT change the position of public service lump sums in respect of exemption from income tax.  Such lump sums remain tax-free up to €200,000.
