Information Circular No 15/2017: Payroll Shared Services – Electronic Payslips

The Department of Defence has recently moved to the provision of electronic payslips for members of the Defence Forces.

Members are advised that this service requires each individual to supply their Ord Room Staff/Pay Clerks with a current civilian email address, in order to access your individual Payslips/P60’s etc.

These email addresses are required in order to register online and are necessary for password recovery in the event of loss.

This new Payroll Shared Service grants access to your payslips from home or overseas and it is envisaged that additional elements will be added to the system in the near future – i.e. Travel & Subsistence.

Members are advised that where issues arise in this regard, you should contact your Unit Ord Room/Pay Clerks in the first instance who have been fully briefed and are able to resolve most issues as they arise.

Additionally, members are advised that the set-up of access can be undertaken quite easily by contacting 076 100 2703, or members can login to and use the “contact us” section on the tool bar to attain further advice on the setting your account.
