Information Circular No 02/2018: Pay Scale – Post 2013 Personnel

PDFORRA wishes to advise its members of the Pay Scales applicable to personnel who enlisted Post January 2013 and are promoted to the rank of Corporal/Sergeant.

The following is a synopsis of the full Pay Scales which will be published on IKON in the coming weeks.

Corporal / Leading Seaman:

1                  €618.06            €121.50     €739.56
2                  €631.24            €121.50     €752.74
3                  €644.56            €121.50     €766.06
4                  €657.80            €121.50     €779.30

 

Sergeant / Petty Officer:

Point          Line Pay         MSA         Total Weekly Pay
1                 €676.38           €121.50      €797.88
2                 €692.32           €121.50      €813.82
3                 €708.15           €121.50      €829.65
4                 €724.16           €121.50      €845.66

This Pay Scale takes cognizance of the fact that personnel who enlisted Post 2013, are members of the Single Public Service Pension Scheme and pay a direct pension contribution 7.5% on all of their earnings.

Please note that the above Pay Scales do not include the 1% pay increase agreed under the Public Service Stability Agreement – w.e.f. 1st January 2018.

PDFORRA have been advised by the Department of Defence that the updated Pay Scales applicable to all enlisted ranks will be published on IKON shortly.
